π THE HISTORICAL TRUTH
What the 14th Amendment Actually Says
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States.”
The Key Phrase: “Subject to the jurisdiction thereof”
The 14th Amendment was ratified in 1868 specifically to address the status of freed slaves after the Civil War. The authors were not contemplating, and explicitly rejected, the idea of universal birthright citizenship for everyone who sneaks across the border.

The authors of the 14th Amendment were very clear:

Step 1: Executive Order on Birthright Citizenship
On Day One, I will sign an Executive Order directing federal agencies to stop issuing passports and Social Security numbers to children born to illegal immigrants, based on my administration’s interpretation of the 14th Amendment.
This would immediately trigger lawsuits, and the case would race to the Supreme Court.

Step 2: The “Anchor Baby” Elimination Act
I will work with Congress to pass a statute defining “subject to the jurisdiction” to explicitly exclude children born to parents who are unlawfully present.

Here is the reality of this campaign:
The single greatest challenge I face is not winning the election β it is getting my name on the ballot in all 50 states.
I am running as a Republican, but as a Republican, I still need to gather thousands of signatures from registered voters in every state just to qualify for the primary ballot. I will be running against other Republican leaders such as JD Vance and Marco Rubio β but I cannot even face them at the ballot box unless I first get on the ballot.
Every state has its own ballot access laws. Some states require thousands of signatures. Some require tens of thousands. Each state has different rules, different deadlines, and different petition forms. This is a massive undertaking β and I cannot do it alone.
This is where I need you.
I am building an Army of Grassroots Volunteers β a Signature Gathering Army β to help me get on the ballot in every American state.
If I can get on the ballots, I can win this election. But getting on the ballot is the most difficult battle we face. We need to organize petition drives, set up tables at community events, churches, farmers markets, and fairgrounds, and collect the required number of valid signatures from registered voters in each state.
If I cannot get on the ballot, I cannot win. But if we work together β state by state, signature by signature β we can overcome this hurdle and give the American people a real choice.
