THE REVIVAL PRESIDENCY
A Vision for America’s Spiritual Awakening
Candidate John Rice
“Let’s Seek Jesus’ Face, so God Heals America!” — 2 Chronicles 7:14
PART ONE: THE CANDIDATE’S HEART
My Name and Identity
I am John Rice, a candidate for President of the United States. I am a Christian, a patriot, and a man who believes that America’s greatest need is not political — it’s spiritual.
I am not a career politician. I am a regular, hard-working American Christian Patriot who believes God has placed a calling on my life to lift up Jesus Christ and see America experience a great revival.
My Testimony — How God Prepared Me for This Moment
I am a genuine Volunteer Minister since 1993. For over three decades, I have studied and trained under some of the greatest End-Times Bible teachers of our generation:
· Dr. Jack Van Impe — one of the most renowned prophecy scholars of our time
· Perry Stone — a powerful prophetic voice and teacher of End-Times scripture
· Grant Jeffrey — a foundational researcher of Bible prophecy
· Hal Lindsey — author of The Late Great Planet Earth
· Benny Hinn — a mighty man of God who has ministered in the power of the Holy Spirit to millions around the world
These men, and others, helped shape my understanding of the End-Times and prepared me for what God was about to reveal.
The Blueprint — July 3, 2009, My Birthday
On July 3, 2009 — my birthday — God gave me an End-Times blueprint. It was a moment of divine clarity, a downloading of understanding that I could not have received on my own. God showed me the times and seasons we are living in, and He placed a burden on my heart to be a messenger for such a time as this.
From that day forward, I knew I was called to be an End-Times messenger. I did not know exactly how or when it would unfold, but I knew God had set me apart.
The New Hampshire Blizzard — My First Encounter with Trump
During the 2016 Republican primary, the talk was that Ted Cruz was going to defeat Trump in New Hampshire. I felt a burning in my spirit that I had to do something. I got in my car and drove through a dangerous blizzard to New Hampshire.
I arrived at a small campaign office and volunteered. My role was simple: I called churches in New Hampshire to support Trump.
In the mornings, I would go outside the dormitory, out in the open air, and blow the shofar. This was a divine time with God — blowing the shofar trumpet for Trump’s victory against Ted Cruz and all the Republican candidates, and for his ultimate victory at the White House. No one could hear me. Everyone was away. I was alone with God, blowing the shofar and praying for a victory that seemed impossible.
One day, Donald Trump visited the campaign office. I had the opportunity to shake his hand and give him the prophetic message God had given me:
“John — look at his name. His name is Trump. I am raising him up to Trump Card the anti-God, Antichrist government of Obama and the next chosen one by the evil leaders — Hillary. Pray for Trump. Campaign for Trump. Support him. He is chosen to defeat these evil leaders and push back their evil agenda against America.”
But I delivered it poorly. I shared it like I was just repeating what I remembered, rather than with the boldness and clarity it deserved. Trump didn’t really understand what I was saying. I was disappointed that he didn’t invite me into his private limousine to explain further.
I left New Hampshire frustrated, thinking I had missed my moment.
The Missed Opportunity — Roger Stone and Mar-A-Lago
Later, I realized I had missed a critical door. I should have relocated from Washington D.C. and moved to West Palm Beach, where one of Trump’s closest friends — Roger Stone — lives. I could have connected with people close to Trump at Mar-A-Lago. I could have been invited inside. I could have built the relationships that would have led me to Trump’s inner circle.
But I was blind to that door. I thought the path was through the White House — through a press pass, through standing on the sidewalk, through blowing the shofar at the Oval Office. I was trying to go through a brick wall when God had opened a door I could not see.
The 2018 Congressional Run — A Mistake
In my frustration, I decided to run for Congress in 2018. I thought that if I became a candidate, Trump would notice me. I thought that would be my path to his prayer team.
It was not God’s will. My campaign was a political joke — not because I didn’t take it seriously, but because I had gone ahead of God. I was running when God was not leading. I was trying to force a door that He had not opened.
That campaign was a failure. But it taught me something important: you cannot run ahead of God.
A Modern-Day Jonah — Going to the White House Instead of Mar-A-Lago
I call myself a modern-day Jonah — not because I rebelled against God like Jonah did, but because I missed His path. God was calling me to go to Mar-A-Lago, to connect with Roger Stone, to build relationships that would lead me to Trump. Instead, I went to the White House. I stood on the sidewalk. I blew the shofar. I tried to get a press pass.
I was like Jonah going to Tarshish instead of Nineveh. I was not running from God in rebellion — I honestly thought I was following Him. But I was blind to the true door. I went to the wrong place. I tried to do the right thing in the wrong way.
The White House Season — A Failure, and a Lesson in Discernment
I honestly believe my time in front of the White House was a failure. I had the right idea — I needed to be close to Trump to be part of his Presidential Prayer Team. But I was trying to get through the wrong door.
For about 10 years ago, I stood on the White House sidewalk. It would be blazing hot in the summertime — very sweaty — with my big sun hat visor. I would blow the shofar, but nobody was listening. It was a very stressful, frustrating time.
The evil spirits attacked me with skin cancer. It started as a rash above my right eye and then a rash on my chest below my chin. I could not understand what it was. But I was too committed and focused on trying to get connected to Trump that I didn’t pay attention to these rashes — which turned out to be melanoma skin cancer. I have had six skin surgeries a year ago because of it.
The White House is a fortress. The Secret Service is trained to apprehend anyone who does not obey. Standing on the sidewalk, blowing the shofar, wearing a Trump shirt, trying to get a press pass — I was literally trying to knock my head through a brick wall. It put me under tremendous stress and frustration that is beyond words.
God was not in the White House sidewalk. He was in Mar-A-Lago.
A Hard Lesson in Discernment
After evaluating all of this, I realized something critical: as a Christian, you have to be very sensitive and open-minded. You have to study, evaluate, and do critical analysis of whether what you think you are supposed to do for God is truly from God.
There will be good fruit if it is from God. Your friends, family, church friends, pastor, and family will see it. And if you ask them for their true evaluation of what you are trying to do, they will eventually be honest.
Self-evaluation and getting evaluation from others is essential. The enemy of our soul is always trying to send deception to get us off track. I learned hard lessons throughout my Christian walk — including my time at the White House. That was not God’s plan or purpose. That was in the flesh. It was not ordained by the Holy Spirit or by God the Father or Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit does not lead you into that kind of stress and frustration.
When something is truly from God:
· There is peace, not stress
· There is joy, not frustration
· There is fruit that others can see
· Your pastor, church friends, and family will see the good fruit — not bad fruit or no fruit
The Holy Spirit doesn’t lead you to knock your head against a brick wall. He leads you through open doors. He leads you with peace and clarity. He leads you in a way that produces good fruit.
My Time in Washington D.C.
I moved to Washington D.C. and lived there for five years, working as an Uber and Lyft driver. I drove all over the city, past the monuments, the agencies, and the halls of power. I saw the sites over and over again — the Capitol, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the White House.
I now realize something powerful: God was showing me that I was possessing my future land.
“Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.”
— Joshua 1:3 (KJV)
Just as Joshua was told to possess the land by walking through it, I was driving and walking through the capital of the nation. God was showing me what He had prepared for me. I was claiming the ground without even knowing it.
The Holy Spirit’s Revelation
While I was in Washington D.C., the Holy Spirit would occasionally give me glimpses — a sudden knowing — that I would one day be President. I would see myself speaking to an audience that seemed like the entire world. It was strange, and I would push it away, thinking it was just my silly imagination.
I even discussed it with two friends of mine over beers. We would talk about me becoming President, and we would laugh about it. But I never fully believed it. I thought it was just my own fantasy.
Now I know. It was not imagination. It was the Holy Spirit preparing me for such a time as this.
Now Is My Season
This is my season. I am not the same man who stood on the White House sidewalk 10 years ago. I have been forged in the fire of obscurity. I have been tested in the silence. I have been prepared in the wilderness.
Now I am ready.
PART TWO: THE CAMPAIGN PROMISE
What I Am Promising on the Campaign Trail
If elected President, I will use the platform of the presidency to:
1. Host 3-day a week revival events on the National Mall — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM — under a massive tent, open to all Americans, free of charge, funded entirely by private donations.
2. Establish National Revival Church as a bona fide church with:
· A respected Christian leader as Overseer / Founding Pastor
· A dedicated pastoral team
· Weekly worship services, prayer, and ministry
3. Acquire modular tents as the church’s home base on the National Mall — a powerful, prophetic symbol of revival, humility, and the Gospel’s movement across America.
4. Lead as Senior Pastor and Coach — I will be the Senior Pastor of National Revival Church. However, most of the time, great American and international ministers will share the Gospel message to the Americans and the world three nights a week. I will only share when the Holy Spirit gives me a prophetic message — perhaps 10% of the time. The rest of the time belongs to the ministers God has raised up for this revival.
—
PART THREE: THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL
Lifting Up Jesus Before the Presidency
I will not wait until I am President to lift up Jesus. The campaign trail itself will be a platform for Christian revival.
My campaign events will be:
· A mix of Christian revival worship and sharing my vision for America’s spiritual awakening
· Open to all, free of charge
· Filled with worship, prayer, and the preaching of the Gospel
· A foretaste of what America can experience under a President who fears God
Why this matters:
· America needs hope, not just policy
· People are hurting, stressed, rejected, and searching
· The Gospel is the answer to America’s deepest problems
· A campaign that lifts up Jesus is a campaign that serves the whole nation
On the campaign trail, I will:
· Preach the Gospel openly and without apology
· Invite ministers to pray and minister at events
· Call America to repentance, prayer, and revival
· Share the message of 2 Chronicles 7:14
—
PART FOUR: THE PRESIDENTIAL PLAN
What I Will Do If Elected
If elected President, I will immediately begin planning for the fulfillment of this vision.
—
Phase 1: The Ordination Day Service — January 20, 2029
I do not call it “Inauguration.” That word is rooted in witchcraft and paganism. I will call it Ordination Day.
On that day — January 20, 2029 — there will be over one million people gathered on the National Mall. It will be freezing cold, but the fire of God will be present.
The Ordination Service Order:
1. Prophetess Michelle Corral — Opening the service with a prophetic message, giving thanks and glory to God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. She will have 15 minutes to speak.
2. Messianic Jewish Pastor Jonathan Cahn — 60 minutes to speak, pray, prophesy, and be led by God. He will declare the prophetic word for America and the nations.
3. Apostle Pastor Benny Hinn — The final speaker. He will have the remainder of the time, with his worship team leading over one million people in praise and worship. He will give a prophetic message to America and the world. His time will not be restricted. After his message, he will pray — and the Holy Spirit will move powerfully, blessing people, bringing healing, and touching hearts as only God can do.
This will not be a political inauguration. It will be an ordination — a setting apart of a servant leader for the work of revival.
—
Phase 2: The Tent Revival on the National Mall
Church Name: National Revival Church
Location: The National Mall, Washington, D.C.
Schedule: 3-day a week events:
· Friday — 6:00 PM
· Saturday — 6:00 PM
· Sunday — 6:00 PM
This schedule is final. We will not expand beyond these three nights.
The Worship Music:
We will feature:
· Rodney Howard-Browne’s “Spirit Songs” and “Live at the River” worship — my favorites, powerful and revival-focused
· Benny Hinn’s worship team — anointed, prophetic, and Spirit-filled
· Occasional Hillsong worship — familiar, powerful, and globally recognized
Why Three Nights a Week?
· Freshness: Three services a week keeps the revival fresh, powerful, and never boring or religiously repetitive.
· Volunteer Care: We will rely heavily on volunteers. We must honor their time, energy, and families. Three nights a week is sustainable. More than that risks burnout.
· Quality Over Quantity: Three powerful, well-prepared services are better than seven rushed, exhausting ones.
The Tents:
We will use modular tent systems — multiple 1,000-seat tents that can be connected as the revival grows.
Tent Capacity Approximate Cost
1,000 seats $30,000 – $42,000
Multiple 1,000-seat tents (as needed) Scalable
Why Modular Tents?
· Easier Setup and Takedown: Smaller tents are much easier to manage than one massive structure.
· Scalable Growth: We start with one 1,000-seat tent. As the revival grows, we purchase additional tents and attach them side-by-side, end-to-end, or via weatherproof corridors.
· Flexibility: We can create different layouts — a main worship tent, a prayer/ministry tent, a children’s tent, etc.
· Cost-Effective: We grow as we go. We don’t have to raise millions upfront for a single massive tent.
· Prophetic Symbolism: Each tent represents a growing movement. As more tents go up, the visual message is clear: revival is expanding.
What the Tents Will Include:
· Professional sound system (concert-grade)
· Video screens for large crowds
· Lighting for atmosphere and broadcast
· Seating for thousands (across multiple tents)
· Stage for worship and preaching
· Prayer ministry areas
· First aid stations
Funding: Private donations only. No taxpayer money.
Legal Strategy: We will apply for permits as a church holding regular worship services on public land, relying on the Public Forum Doctrine, Equal Access principles, and the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment.
My Role as Senior Pastor: I will be the Senior Pastor of National Revival Church. However, most of the time — perhaps 90% — we will have the great American and international ministers to share the Gospel message to the Americans and the world three nights a week. I will only share when the Holy Spirit gives me a prophetic message — perhaps 10% of the time. The rest of the time belongs to the ministers God has raised up for this revival.
—
Phase 3: No Permanent Building — The Tents Are the Church
We will not acquire a permanent physical building.
The modular tents on the National Mall will be our church building — just as God had the Tabernacle in the wilderness. The Tabernacle was movable, prophetic, and dependent on God’s leading. When the cloud moved, they moved. When the cloud stayed, they stayed.
Our tents will be the same:
· Movable and scalable
· Prophetic — a witness that revival is not confined to a building
· Dependent on God — we will add more tents as the crowd grows
· A symbol that the Church is not a building, but the people of God
As the revival grows, we will add more tents:
· Start with one 1,000-seat tent
· Add additional 1,000-seat tents as the crowds increase
· Connect them side-by-side, end-to-end, or via weatherproof corridors
· Create a “tent city” of worship on the National Mall
This is the Tabernacle model:
· Portable
· Prophetic
· Powerful
· Present with the people
We will not build a permanent structure. The tents are the church.
—
Phase 4: The Ministers of the Revival
I will invite the greatest American and international apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers according to Ephesians 4:11.
The Spiritual Father of the Revival:
Apostle Pastor Benny Hinn — I believe he is the most anointed Holy Spirit-filled minister of our generation. I call him the “Pentecostal Charismatic Pope.” I want him to be the spiritual father of our revival services.
Other Key Ministers:
· Messianic Jewish Pastor Jonathan Cahn — A powerful prophetic voice for Israel and the nations.
· Apostle Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne — A revivalist who has been prophesying about a revival in America. I believe God is showing me that I am the revival leader to bring it.
· Apostle Joseph Nazzarella — Founder of The Cross TV, to share a message to the Muslims of America and the world.
· Prophetess Michelle Corral — To share prophetic messages and open the Ordination Day service.
· Erez Soref — President of One For Israel, a powerful Messianic Bible teacher.
We will not form a 501(c)3. We will not accept tax-deductible status. We will operate as a First Amendment freedom church, free from government interference. This will allow me — as President — and other Christian political leaders to participate without restriction.
—
Phase 5: Security & Safety
Security Philosophy:
· Protect the vulnerable
· Love your enemies (de-escalation, not aggression)
· Be a good witness (order, peace, professionalism)
· Honor the Lord (excellence in all things)
Security Team Structure:
1. Prayer Intercessors — walking the crowd, praying
2. Greeters and Ushers — first point of contact
3. Crowd Management Team — trained in crowd flow
4. Private Security — licensed, bonded, insured
5. Medical Team — EMTs, nurses, first aid stations
6. Law Enforcement Liaison — coordinated with Park Police
Security Budget: $3,700 – $14,500 per service (depending on crowd size)
—
Phase 6: Funding
The Church’s Giving Infrastructure:
· Text-to-Give: People can text “REVIVAL” to a short code to give
· Online Giving: A dedicated giving page
· Recurring Giving: Monthly support from “Friends of Revival”
· QR Codes: On every screen and banner
· No Cash: To reduce risk and ensure transparency
How to Fundraise the Initial Capital:
1. Phase 1: The “Pioneer” Fund ($500,000) — Private dinners with 50-100 wealthy believers
2. Phase 2: The “Build the Altar” Campaign ($1-2 million) — Public campaign, people sponsor specific items
3. Phase 3: Recurring Giving (Ongoing) — Monthly giving program
4. Phase 4: Major Donor “Legacy” Gifts — Naming opportunities for major equipment
Tent and Equipment Costs (Purchase, Not Rental):
Item Low Estimate High Estimate
1,000-Seat Tent (starting) $30,000 $42,000
Additional Tents (as needed) $30,000 each $42,000 each
Sound System $500,000 $1,000,000
Video Screens $400,000 $800,000
Lighting $150,000 $300,000
Power Generation $150,000 $300,000
Transport/Storage $250,000 $750,000
Miscellaneous $50,000 $150,000
—
Phase 7: The Worship Schedule
3-Day a Week Events on the National Mall:
· Friday — 6:00 PM
· Saturday — 6:00 PM
· Sunday — 6:00 PM
Service Structure:
· 6:00 PM — Praise and worship begins
· 6:30 PM — Message / Preaching
· 7:30 PM — Altar call, prayer ministry, healing lines
· 8:30 PM — Dismissal with blessing
Special Services:
· Baptism services (during warmer months)
· Communion services
· Youth and children’s ministry
· Special guest ministers
—
PART FIVE: THE INVITATION
What I Am Asking of the American People
1. Pray for America.
2. Pray for this campaign.
3. If you agree that America needs revival, join us.
4. If you want to see Jesus lifted up in the public square, vote for this vision.
I am not offering you a political platform. I am offering you a spiritual awakening.
—
PART SIX: THE SCRIPTURE
Joshua 1:3
“Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.”
I drove and walked through Washington D.C. for five years. I was possessing my future land without even knowing it.
2 Chronicles 7:14
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
This is not just a verse. This is a promise. This is my campaign. This is my presidency.
Ephesians 4:11
“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers.”
I will build the platform for these ministers to operate in their gifts.
John 14:26
“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”
The Holy Spirit has been my teacher throughout this journey — and He will continue to guide me as I lead this revival.

FINAL WORD
I am running for President not to gain power, but to lift up Jesus.
I believe that America’s greatest problem is not political division, economic inequality, or foreign threats — it’s spiritual emptiness. And I believe that the solution is not a policy, but a Person.
Jesus Christ is the answer.
And if God allows me to serve as President, I will use every tool at my disposal to lift Him up, to call America to prayer, and to create space for revival.
Not as a government official endorsing religion, but as a Christian brother inviting his nation to turn back to God.
“Let’s Seek Jesus’ Face, so God Heals America!”
