Private Land: Some of the 1,100 miles cross private ranches and farms. Landowners may resist. You will need to use eminent domain authority aggressively, which can trigger legal delays.
Environmental Lawsuits: Activist groups will sue within 24 hours of your executive order. You must have your Justice Department ready with pre-drafted briefs arguing that national security overrides procedural environmental reviews.
Material Supply Chain: The Defense Production Act helps, but it takes 30-60 days for new manufacturing to come online. You will need to immediately secure existing stockpiles from DHS, DoD, and state governments.

The single greatest challenge I face is not winning the election — it is getting my name on the ballot in all 50 states.
I am running as a Republican, but as a Republican, I still need to gather thousands of signatures from registered voters in every state just to qualify for the primary ballot. I will be running against other Republican leaders such as JD Vance and Marco Rubio — but I cannot even face them at the ballot box unless I first get on the ballot.
Every state has its own ballot access laws. Some states require thousands of signatures. Some require tens of thousands. Each state has different rules, different deadlines, and different petition forms. This is a massive undertaking — and I cannot do it alone.
