PART ONE: THE CANDIDATE’S HEART

My Name and Identity

I am John Rice, a candidate for President of the United States. I am a Christian, a patriot, and a man who believes that America’s greatest need is not political — it’s spiritual.

I am not a career politician. I am a regular, hard-working American Christian Patriot who believes God has placed a calling on my life to lift up Jesus Christ and see America experience a great revival.

PART TWO: THE CAMPAIGN PROMISE

What I Am Promising on the Campaign Trail

If elected President, I will use the platform of the presidency to:

1. Host 3-day a week revival events on the National Mall — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM — under a massive tent, open to all Americans, free of charge, funded entirely by private donations.

2. Establish National Mall Revival Church as a bona fide church with:

   · A respected Christian leader as Overseer / Founding Pastor

   · A dedicated pastoral team

   · Weekly worship services, prayer, and ministry

3. Acquire modular tents as the church’s home base on the National Mall — a powerful, prophetic symbol of revival, humility, and the Gospel’s movement across America.

4. Model servant leadership by sitting in the congregation as “Brother John,” and occasionally sharing brief words of testimony, encouragement, or exhortation — always from the perspective of a Christian brother, never as President.

PART THREE: THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL

Lifting Up Jesus Before the Presidency

I will not wait until I am President to lift up Jesus. The campaign trail itself will be a platform for Christian revival.

My campaign events will be:

· A mix of Christian revival worship and sharing my vision for America’s spiritual awakening

· Open to all, free of charge

· Filled with worship, prayer, and the preaching of the Gospel

· A foretaste of what America can experience under a President who fears God

Why this matters:

· America needs hope, not just policy

· People are hurting, stressed, rejected, and searching

· The Gospel is the answer to America’s deepest problems

· A campaign that lifts up Jesus is a campaign that serves the whole nation

On the campaign trail, I will:

· Preach the Gospel openly and without apology

· Invite ministers to pray and minister at events

· Call America to repentance, prayer, and revival

· Share the message of 2 Chronicles 7:14:

  “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

PART FOUR: THE PRESIDENTIAL PLAN

What I Will Do If Elected

If elected President, I will immediately begin planning for the fulfillment of this vision.

Phase 1: The Tent Revival on the National Mall

Location: The National Mall, Washington, D.C.

Schedule: 3-day a week events:

· Friday — 6:00 PM

· Saturday — 6:00 PM

· Sunday — 6:00 PM

This schedule is final.

Why Three Nights a Week?

· Freshness: Three services a week keeps the revival fresh, powerful, and never boring or religiously repetitive.

· Volunteer Care: We will rely heavily on volunteers. We must honor their time, energy, and families. Three nights a week is sustainable.

· Quality Over Quantity: Three powerful, well-prepared services are better than seven rushed, exhausting ones.

The Tents:

We will use modular tent systems — multiple tents that can be connected as the revival grows.

Why Modular Tents?

· Easier Setup and Takedown: Smaller tents are much easier to manage than one massive structure.

· Scalable Growth: We start with one tent. As the revival grows, we add more.

· Flexibility: We can create different layouts — a main worship tent, a prayer/ministry tent, a children’s tent, etc.

· Cost-Effective: We grow as we go.

· Prophetic Symbolism: Each tent represents a growing movement. As more tents go up, the visual message is clear: revival is expanding.

What the Tents Will Include:

· Professional sound system

· Video screens for large crowds

· Lighting for atmosphere and broadcast

· Seating for thousands

· Stage for worship and preaching

· Prayer ministry areas

· First aid stations

Funding: Private donations only. No taxpayer money.

My Role: I will attend as Brother John, a member of the congregation. I will occasionally share brief words of testimony, encouragement, or exhortation — always as a Christian brother, never as President. I will never be the main speaker. The platform belongs to the ministers God has raised up for this revival.

Leadership:

· Overseer / Founding Pastor: To be announced (a respected global Christian leader)

· Senior Associate Pastor: To be announced

· Worship Team: Professional and anointed

What the Services Will Include:

· Praise and worship

· Preaching of the Word

· Prayer ministry

· Altar calls

· Healing and deliverance

· Communion when appropriate

· Baptisms

· Occasional brief testimonies or exhortations from Brother John

What It Will Look Like:

The sun begins to set over the Mall. The tents glow with light. Worship rises. The message of Jesus is preached. People stream forward for prayer. The Holy Spirit moves. And in the midst of it all, the President of the United States is sitting in the crowd, hands raised, heart open, receiving like everybody else. Occasionally, he stands to share a brief word of encouragement — not as the leader of the nation, but as a brother in Christ.

Phase 2: The Permanent Property (Future Vision)

As the revival grows, we will acquire a permanent property to serve as:

· A home base for the church

· A center for prayer and worship

· A place for discipleship, training, and ministry

· A facility for community outreach

The Tents will remain the primary place of worship on the National Mall.

Phase 3: The Constitutional & Legal Strategy

The Public Forum Doctrine:

The National Mall is a “traditional public forum” for expressive activity. The government cannot discriminate against religious speech.

Equal Access:

If the Mall hosts concerts, rallies, festivals, and political protests, it must also host religious worship.

Content Discrimination:

Denying a permit because the content is religious worship is unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination.

My Argument:

“We accept reasonable restrictions. We will yield for national events. We will follow noise guidelines. We will provide security. But you cannot ban us entirely or relegate us to a hidden corner simply because we are a church.”

The “Church” Advantage:

We are not a protest group. We are not a political rally. We are a church holding worship services. The First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause specifically protects religious gathering.

Phase 4: Security & Safety

Security Philosophy:

· Protect the vulnerable

· Love your enemies (de-escalation, not aggression)

· Be a good witness (order, peace, professionalism)

· Honor the Lord (excellence in all things)

Security Team Structure:

1. Prayer Intercessors — walking the crowd, praying

2. Greeters and Ushers — first point of contact

3. Crowd Management Team — trained in crowd flow

4. Private Security — licensed, bonded, insured

5. Medical Team — EMTs, nurses, first aid stations

6. Law Enforcement Liaison — coordinated with Park Police

3-Day a Week Events on the National Mall:

I believe that America’s greatest problem is not political division, economic inequality, or foreign threats — it’s spiritual emptiness. And I believe that the solution is not a policy, but a Person.

Jesus Christ is the answer.

And if God allows me to serve as President, I will use every tool at my disposal to lift Him up, to call America to prayer, and to create space for revival.

If I can get on the ballots, I can win this election. But getting on the ballot is the most difficult battle we face. We need to organize petition drives, set up tables at community events, churches, farmers markets, and fairgrounds, and collect the required number of valid signatures from registered voters in each state.

If I cannot get on the ballot, I cannot win. But if we work together — state by state, signature by signature — we can overcome this hurdle and give the American people a real choice.

Prayerfully consider being a grassroots volunteer signature gatherer. Whether you can gather signatures yourself, recruit others, or help coordinate volunteers in your state, your help is urgently needed. Every signature brings us one step closer to restoring faith, freedom, and the American Dream to this nation.
