EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
For decades, the federal government has destroyed American farming with unfair regulations, crushing taxes, and inheritance policies that steal family farms from the children who worked them. Farmers are suffocating under bureaucracy while Washington bureaucrats who have never worked a day in their lives dictate what they can plant, how they can sell it, and how much they can keep.
My promise to you is clear: I will set American farmers free.
I will remove hemp and marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act entirely, invest $50 billion in processing and manufacturing infrastructure, eliminate unfair taxes and inheritance penalties, cut red tape, and get the government out of the way. Farmers will grow what the market demands — and the only condition is that 10% of their farmland will produce food for Americans, keeping food cheap and plentiful.
This is my commitment to the American people:
· Full descheduling – Remove hemp and marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act. No THC limits. Farmers plant what the market demands.
· $50 billion infrastructure investment – Build regional processing facilities for textiles, construction materials, automotive composites, and bioplastics.
· Zero restrictions on farmers – No planting limits, no quota systems, no “supply management.” If every American farmer chooses to grow hemp and marijuana and we import food from elsewhere, that is their choice.
· 10% food set-aside – Farmers receiving access to this new market must devote at least 10% of cultivated acres to food crops for domestic consumption. This ensures American food security.
· Eliminate unfair inheritance taxes – Family farms will pass to the next generation without the government stealing them through death taxes.
· Cut red tape – Deregulate American agriculture. No more federal bureaucrats telling farmers how to farm.
· No permanent subsidies – After initial infrastructure is built, the market operates freely under free-market principles.
· Environmental restoration – Hemp restores degraded soils, sequesters carbon, and provides a sustainable alternative to fossil-fuel-based materials.
· Only hemp and marijuana are legalized – No other drugs. This is about freedom for farmers and patients — not about legalizing drugs across the board.

I. FULL DESCHEDULING: FREEDOM FOR FARMERS
As your President, I will:
· Remove hemp and marijuana entirely from the Controlled Substances Act
· Eliminate the 0.3% THC cap and the distinction between “hemp” and “marijuana”
· Restore interstate commerce and banking access
What this accomplishes:
· Ends federal prohibition permanently. Farmers may grow any variety based on market demand.
· Eliminates crop destruction. Currently, hemp that tests above 0.3% THC is destroyed — even if it is a fiber or grain variety with no psychoactive use. Full descheduling ends this waste.
· Opens interstate commerce. Hemp and marijuana products can be sold across state lines, creating a true national market.
· Ends the gray market. Hemp-derived CBD and other cannabinoids will be regulated by the FDA as supplements or medicines.
This is about freedom. Not permission. Not permission from Washington bureaucrats who have never farmed a day in their lives. Freedom.

II. ELIMINATING UNFAIR TAXES AND INHERITANCE PENALTIES
The federal government has waged war on family farms through:
Unfair Inheritance Taxes (Death Tax):
· When a farmer dies, the government takes up to 40% of the farm’s value in estate taxes.
· Families are forced to sell land, equipment, and livestock just to pay the tax bill.
· This is theft. Plain and simple.
My Promise:
· I will eliminate the death tax on family farms. The farm will pass to the next generation — tax-free.
· Your children will inherit the land you worked your entire life to build. The government will not steal it from them.
Unfair Regulations:
· The federal government has buried farmers in thousands of pages of red tape.
· Bureaucrats who have never farmed tell farmers how to water their crops, what chemicals they can use, and how they can sell their products.
· This ends under my administration.

III. THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT: $50 BILLION
Eighty years of prohibition destroyed the physical infrastructure needed to process hemp at scale. This is a one-time investment to build the processing capacity that prohibition destroyed. After this infrastructure is in place, the industry operates under free-market principles with zero federal restrictions.

· Transportation infrastructure – Rail sidings and storage facilities to move raw materials to processors
This $50 billion investment will leverage an estimated $150–200 billion in private investment, creating a self-sustaining industry within a decade.
Strategic Note: This is not a permanent subsidy. It is a one-time investment to build the roads, the processing plants, and the manufacturing facilities. After that, the free market takes over.

IV. THE 10% FOOD SET-ASIDE: PROTECTING AMERICAN FAMILIES
Every farmer who benefits from this new market must plant at least 10% of their total cultivated acres in food crops for domestic consumption — vegetables, grains, legumes, and other food staples.
Why this matters:
· America’s dinner table will not be sacrificed for cash crops.
· Food will remain cheap and plentiful for American families.
· Farmers already growing food on more than 10% of their land are exempt.
What counts as food:
· Vegetables, grains, legumes, fruits
· Feed for dairy cows, beef cattle, pigs, and chickens
· Hay and silage for livestock
· Any crop that feeds Americans
This is not a tax. This is not a subsidy. This is a simple condition of participation — a modest tithe to ensure American families are fed.
My message: “We are freeing farmers to make as much money as they can. The only restriction is that 10% of their farmland will produce food for Americans so American families have cheap and plentiful food.”

Here is the reality of this campaign:
The single greatest challenge I face is not winning the election — it is getting my name on the ballot in all 50 states.
I am running as a Republican, but as a Republican, I still need to gather thousands of signatures from registered voters in every state just to qualify for the primary ballot. I will be running against other Republican leaders such as JD Vance and Marco Rubio — but I cannot even face them at the ballot box unless I first get on the ballot.
Every state has its own ballot access laws. Some states require thousands of signatures. Some require tens of thousands. Each state has different rules, different deadlines, and different petition forms. This is a massive undertaking — and I cannot do it alone.
This is where I need you.
I am building an Army of Grassroots Volunteers — a Signature Gathering Army — to help me get on the ballot in every American state.
If I can get on the ballots, I can win this election. But getting on the ballot is the most difficult battle we face. We need to organize petition drives, set up tables at community events, churches, farmers markets, and fairgrounds, and collect the required number of valid signatures from registered voters in each state.
If I cannot get on the ballot, I cannot win. But if we work together — state by state, signature by signature — we can overcome this hurdle and give the American people a real choice.
